Human resources and payroll

As part of regular cooperation, we handle all processes related to human resources and payroll – comprehensively or in an indicated area.

• keeping personal files of employees,
• keeping the legally required employee records, including working time, vacations, salaries,
• preparation of employment contracts, civil law contracts, certificates of employment and other necessary employee documents,
• conducting settlements in the field of social security and health insurance and personal income tax, together with the preparation of full documentation,
• preparation of reports and summaries of personnel,
• representing clients during inspections and controls of offices, authorities and state institutions (PIP, ZUS, US),
• advice on labour law, social insurance and personal income tax.
